This was clarity for what I have done with clients. A bit hard to follow but again for the most part, I get it. I’m new to the channel. Looking forward to viewing more videos and watching your growth.

Just subscribed! This is informative and creative stuff… I’m a designer who falls into the 45 to 55 category… but its still good for us to re-evaluate our working practices to keep informed and up to date. Will be keeping an eye on this.. Cheers Guys.. and hello from the United Kingdom!
Ha. Yes. We stopped that. Let me know if like the new season.
Thanks for your feedback.
We took your feedback and you can see that we have implemented your feedback. Let me know if the new season improves this.
Fantastic video again. once again you’ve introduced certain ideas and processes that we will be taking on board. Please stop throwing balls though. it distracts from the valuable information you offer

Took your input. Note the more recent episodes we are getting right into it. Better yet we are going to start doing “live” redesigns on air so that you can watch the process as we go through it VS. talking about it.

Correction. The book is The Ten Faces of Innovation by Tom Kelly
I called it the 10 Faces of Inspiration by mistake.

Really nice one. I watch all from begining. Sometimes you talk too much, but it is good.
Howdy! Have you seen in regard to the Tube Cash Exposure? I discovered it on Google Search and listened to many incredible stuff about it. A lot of my good friend also encourage me to try it
Good Stuff. Thank You.
Look at the comment below. “Wow a little scary how much the second user profile looks like me.” If you are starting from 0 – research can give you data, but at some point you have to take the leap and make assumptions. Just make sure you validate them right away. I did that with The Skool and my profiles changed over time. So have the networks.
It’s a great amazing video. I heartily congratulates to you to implement such new concepts. It’s really very informative video and it taught me many concepts. Thanks for our? co-operation towards its (video) uploading and developing way.

“Man shall not live by data alone, but by empathy, vision and channeling users”
It really depends on the company/client and also on whether you have existing data. Either qualitative or quantitative. My experience is that even with data and assumptions the best way to validate is to do small iterative releases. This works with start ups as most larger corporate clients don’t do much “beta” releasing. Well Google does.
I’m wondering how good it is to work with so many assumptions. These characters are based on the opinions of the people in the room. What was the quote? “You are not the user”.
The last time we developed these kinds of personas we had to invest 2 months of research. Every persona attribute that we defined had to be evidenced in the data.
@ThisWeekIn Wow its a little scary how much the second user profile sounds like me.
