See how to quickly extract an image and paste it on a transparent background in Photoshop Elements. Find more videos and more info like this at my site at www.bmyers.com This is useful when creating overlay graphics in video production.
When needed transparent backgrounds, save as png, not tga.
Targa (. tga) files can be saved with a alpha channel and will be transparent IF the program opening the targa uses alpha channels.
If the file is saved and there is only one layer (and it’s transparent) or it has a layer
under it not active, Targa files default and put a white background under
it. Avoid this by saving as . png
Put the transparent background on a video track above the main video track. Then use event pan & crop to bring the image onto the screen, and key frame the ending location.
If you mean how to resize in Photoshop Elements, use the selection tool to select the element to be resized, and then drag the corners of that selection to resize it.

You can use the image as a logo, or a bug, or in pan & crop, or as an overlay – basically any way you want

You may need to resize the picture to fit all of it in the box.
