I gave this book 5 stars had it not been for the many errors in editing. The information is current. Donald Sparkman helped to clarify certain legal situations in which the design industry can be addressed. Of particular interest was the chapter on the customs of trade. Well, I never trust myself alone, it is good to know that you're there. Although this book focuses on the sale of design, he did a great job of discussing the commercial sector. . . legal information that I have never considered. You will not find such information in books, focus on the design (not a point of reference design, with an effort of imagination). If you are unable to see beyond the problems of editing, you have yourself a baseline of useful business if you get this book. I also recommend Jim Smith, "How to Start a Home-Based Web Design Business", if you are looking for ways to keep your design in black society.
