Two things I can not really be fixed. . . exposure and development. If the picture is blurred, there is not much hope for her. Even pshop, masks contrast can not even get a blurry photo. Sorry!

ok I have Paint Shop Pro is not sure what virsion, but im wondering if you can explain how thats a really blurry picture clear as day can u help?

rightclic the layer you want to duplicate and find the Duplicate Layer option from the list that appears. . . or you can simply drag the layer you want to copy the new little icon at the bottom right of the box layers and drop the icon. Thixo results for the vid im get my pictures are really super. THX.
