I am wanting to purchase professional photo editing software that will help me highlight a certain object in the picture. Example: I want a black and white photo with only the blue eyes showing in color. What software should I buy and it this an easy task to accomplish?

I myself am trying to find software like this. But meanwhile, I use Microsoft PhotoDraw my result here and try to do what you're trying to do: http://memimage. cardomain. com/member_images/6/web/2982000-2982999/2982617_38_full. jpg What do I recreate this effect is to highlight what I want to copy in color and grayscale, and then the rest, and then take the copy of what I am (still in its original color) and rise again from Gray version. I used Photoshop and for me its almost the same equivalent PhotoDraw. I could / should / would never have explored a little "more than likely will, but for now PhotoDraw does what I want. Picasa from Google has a similar effect, but does not select a specific item, or form. Doing a constant widening circles, as a tool. I would therefore recommend or PhotoDraw Microsoft or Adobe Photoshop to do so. If you find something he does, great. I would also like me, lol.

Well, I know a site that has only the EU can do for free. U can do much more. You http://photobucket. com / when u make an account (also free) U can upload lots of photos and video. After University upload a photo simply click on Edit, then the top effects, after clicking on the gray scale and choose the options in advance.

In Photoshop, you can select blue eyes and then go to "Select" and reverse it. Now, everything but the blue eyes will be selected. You then go to Image> Adjustments> Hue / Saturation and desaturate everything. Who turns everything into black and white, except the eyes. Will try and link here. OK, there is an example for you. There are other ways to achieve this result, but it worked very quickly. You can also change the color – do everything in black and white, but give him red eyes.
