Photoshop CS3s vanishing tool is great for things like cubes. But how and can you get it to work on objects such as pyramids, 3d pac man shapes, spheres, etc…? If possible, and link would be great.
Vanishing Point will only work with planes and complex 3D surfaces. You can simply compensate for perspective when cloning. In your example, means that you can use on the side of a pyramid (which is flat), but not on the surface of a sphere. If it's something that you have many needs, you should look 3D in Photoshop CS4 Extended, and maybe something good 3D applications.
