Trying to make a flyer with photoshop.How would I cut an image and save it to add to another project?

you could use the “crop” tool, to cut out the part of the image that you want. save the new image that is now cropped.
Then open the folder you want to insert the image to, select “insert” then the name of the image you cropped. From there on you can move it around, rotate etc..
